If you wish to change the product you bought, you need to apply a request through email at contact@1900urbanislanders.com within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date and send the product(s) within three (3) calendar days of the approval date of it from us

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can simply return the item or items to us. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt. All products must be unworn, with all tags attached and in selling condition, within 14 days from the date you recieved your order. In process of trying the products on, make sure the don’t come in contact with anything that could leave a mark or smell, for example: perfume, deodorant, tobacco, etc. We will not be in a position to accept any return including products which indicate that these instructions have not been followed.

The item or items must be returned to us by post. We currently do not provide pre-paid postal returns, so when sending an item(s) back it is your responsibility that it reaches as safely. We recommend that you send item(s) back using a recorded delivery service that insures you the value of the goods. Please keep all proof of pastage safe until you receive your refund. For international and european returns: We guarantee to refund any item purchased on our website that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition by post within 15 days. International purchases can only be returned by post. You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost.
All products purchased from www.1900urbanislanders.com must only be returned to us by post and cannot be returned to any other 1900 Urban Islanders store. Products purchased from stores cannot be returned to us, they have to be returned to the store they were purchased from. We cannot accept responsibility for any items that have not been purchased from this website.

In the case that you have requested a refund, the amount will appear on your bank account within 7 to 10 working days from the day we recieve your return. We would like to inform you that any fees charged by your bank in the process of refunding, will be covered by you. The amounts of these fees vary depending on your bank’s policies. We will only refund the same card from which the original payment was taken from. You will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm the refund.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange goods for a different size, color or style. If the size you require is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund.

Faulty/Incorrect Items

Before every shipment the company undertakes high standard quality controls in order to ensure that the products reaching the hands of the customers are in an excellent quality condition. In case you notice a defect in the product, feel free to contact us via contact@1900urbanislanders.com The offered options are the following:

Exchange*. We will do our best to exchange the defective product you returned (same code,possibility for a different size or color).
Refund your credit card from which the payment was made, within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product.

Exchange Policy in Sales Period.
Products that were bought within 14 days period before sales, can be exchanged with different style items during sales period. The standard paid price of the returned product will be subtracted from new order’s final amount. In the same way, products which were bought during sales period can be exchanged with different style items after sales. The discounted paid price of the returned product will be subtracted from new order’s final amount.
Any changes of the same products in colors and sizes, before, during and after sales period will be accomplished regularly with the same receipt.

*Note: In case an exchange is not possible due to lack of availability of the requested item, we will contact you offering you the choice number 2.
